This is a courtesy translation. These pages describe obligations under Spanish law, and the Spanish version is the one that prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
As of 5 August 2026, nodo73.com installs no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies on the user's device. The only cookie that may be stored is the one remembering your chosen language, and only if you switch language by hand: it is strictly necessary for that choice to be respected on later visits, it identifies nobody, and it is shared with nobody.
The site does measure its audience, but without cookies and without writing anything to the browser. Each visit is recorded using a derived value recalculated daily with a random salt: it cannot be used to recover the IP address or to link visits on different days. The measurement is served from this same domain rather than by a third party, and no tracking pixels, heatmaps or external services are used. Fonts and stylesheets are also served from this domain.
That is why no consent banner is shown: article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) only requires consent where information is stored on, or accessed from, the user's device, and neither happens here beyond the strictly necessary language preference described above.
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in the browser of whoever visits it, allowing information about that visit to be remembered: anything from language preferences to browsing behaviour for statistical or advertising purposes.
Pressing the contact buttons opens the WhatsApp app or website, a service outsidenodo73 that applies its own privacy and cookie policies. That processing falls outside the scope of this policy.
The same applies to links to client websites shown as examples of completed work.
If cookies were to be introduced in future — by adding a different analytics tool, for instance — this policy will be updated and the prior consent mechanism required by law will be put in place before any cookie that is not strictly necessary is installed.
