The purpose of this website is to present the website design and development services provided by the owner, and to make it easy for anyone interested in hiring them to get in touch. Access is free and requires no registration.
Accessing this site implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to make appropriate use of its content and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities harmful to the rights of third parties, or activities that could damage, disable or overload the site.
The prices shown on this site are indicative and correspond to the basic service described in each case. They do not constitute a binding contractual offer: the final price of each project is set out in an individual proposal accepted by both parties before work begins. Amounts are expressed in euros and include applicable VAT.
The contents of this site — text, code, design, structure and graphic elements — belong to the site owner or are used with the relevant permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.
Third-party work shown as examples belongs to its respective owners and is displayed for professional reference only.

This site includes a contact form and a first-party audience measurement system. The measurement uses no cookies and stores no identifier on the device: visitors are counted using a derived value recalculated every day with a random salt, from which the IP address cannot be recovered and visits on different days cannot be linked. No information that would identify a user is therefore retained.
Details submitted voluntarily through the form — name, type of business, what you need, indicative budget and a phone number or email — are processed for the sole purpose of answering the enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a proposal. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, under article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
When someone starts a conversation through WhatsApp, the details they provide voluntarily (phone number and message content) are processed by the owner for the sole purpose of answering the enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a proposal, on the same legal basis.
Data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the applicable statutory limitation periods. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required, without prejudice to WhatsApp, as a messaging service, processing data under its own terms.
